Lawns are cut and edged regularly.
There is good off-street parking. Some houses have lockup garages which can be rented too.
The train and bus services are within easy walking distance.

Rent is collected by the House Manager.( We also have centrepay and Bpay etc.) Please arrange that with him.
He can also allocate a car park space for you and help you with your room.
He can also arrange for our van to collect you and your posessions from your last place.
Also:
we have pre-printed South Australian Housing Trust rent relief forms ( 1 week relief - we do not require a bond ) and can drop you off at their office. We also help with the centrelink subsidy ($60 pw) documentation, please ask the House Manager for assistance.
RULES OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS.
Fair use of electricity and water.
No excessive noise.
No rowdy behaviour.
General adult behaviour which includes having a few drinks and having a friend to visit.
Guests who improperly disturb other guests will be cautioned then asked to leave.
We usually have a room or a short waiting list so please contact us for further information.
