looking 4 a housemate, to share a clean, relaxed & friendly house in ELIZABETH, South Australia for sale

Looking for an honest, reliable, clean, considerate of others and energy conscious housemate, if you meet these very basic requirements please read on.
If you're looking for a reasonably priced share house in Adelaide's northern suburbs with relaxed and easy going housemates this could be what you're after, I'm leasing a house in Hillbank/ Elizabeth East area, one of the housemates is moving out so we will have one medium sized either semi furnished or unfurnished room available and looking for someone to move in.
It's $80 rent per week, which includes sensible use of power, water & internet, and I require 2 weeks rent ($160) in advance plus another $160 bond to move in.
It's a clean and tidy house on a quiet street and close to shops and public transport. It has got internet, woodburner, air con, plus a leafy outdoor pergola area in the back yard to chill out in; with a fish pond, bird aviary, large leafy yard and a basic home gym setup in the carport.
Will be sharing with 2 other males, we're all housetrained, honest and chilled. I also have 2 dogs, they're reasonably quiet & friendly and both live outside. Unfortunately we can't have any more dogs or a cat on the property, but instead you could have your own pet goldfish or finch if thats your thing?
Would prefer a non smoker and who is over 20, who is considerate, open minded, energy conscious, dog friendly and either employed or a student with checkable references.
