Granny flat to rent in ELIZABETH, South Australia for sale

Hi everyone,
We are looking for a suitable tenant to rent our one bedroom granny flat at the rear of our property. The granny flat is of older style. There are two rooms. One room is for the bedroom and the other is a kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen contains a sink and kitchen cupboards. However, there is no oven. There is also no oven in our property. We only have a stovetop in the main house, the suitable tenant would be permitted to use.The toilet and shower are also located in the main house, which you would be permitted to use. The granny flat contains an older style air conditioner/heater/
Our house is located 5 minutes from the lyell mcewin hospital and ten minutes from elizabeth shopping centre.
We have a large dog, but he is a very happy, friendly dog.
Our neighbours are great.
We are a non drinking, non smoking, no recreational drugs family and DO NOT tolerate this on the property. (Cigarettes are an exception BUT must be smoked at the rear of the yard).
Because the tenant must use the inside bathroom and shower we must be sure the suitable tenant is trustworthy, as we have young children at the property. This also means visitors be kept to a minimum.
The rent must be paid immediately upon moving into the property and can be paid weekly and fortnightly. The price includes electricity, however tenants must be wary of excess energy consumption!
We would prefer an employed person or student, however we are open to meeting other people.
